  • Yes, Madison has a 50% retainer fee. The fee secures your wedding date on Madisons calendar and ensures that no other events are booked for that day. This retainer is non-refundable and applied directly toward your total balance. It officially reserves your date and allows Madison to begin preparing for your day — from timeline planning to location scouting and communication leading up to the wedding!

  • Madison doesn’t offer formal payment plans, but understands that every couple’s situation is different. While the standard structure is a 50% retainer at booking and the remaining balance due before your wedding day, Madison is always happy to have a conversation and find a solution that works best for you. Her goal is to make sure the process feels stress-free and transparent from start to finish.

  • Your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks after your big day. Madison takes time to carefully curate, edit, and refine each image so that every photo reflects the beauty and emotion of your wedding. You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can download, share, and print your photos. Don’t worry — I always send a few sneak peeks within the first week so you can relive the magic right away!
